Our Yirgacheffe roast is small-batch and medium-roasted, which brings out the crisp, vibrant, and complex nature of the Yirgacheffe bean. This bright, floral roast is wonderful no matter how you make your coffee, but the complexities of its profile especially shine when brewed with a pourover method.
